4. No Advisory Relationship Without Engagement

Use of the Site or communications with Forgepoint do not create an advisory, broker-dealer, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, or similar relationship. An advisory relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement letter signed by both parties.
